BioSheryl joined H&F in 2008. She is the Deputy General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer. In this capacity, she oversees the Firm’s compliance matters and other internal legal matters. Prior to H&F, Sheryl was a partner at Heller Ehrman LLP in San Francisco. Previously, she was an associate at Bryan Cave LLP in London and St. Louis.
