BioBrian joined H&F in 2007 and is responsible for advising on accounting and tax matters for prospective investments and portfolio companies. Prior to H&F, Brian was a partner with Deloitte Tax LLP where he specialized in advising private equity firms on their acquisitions, dispositions, and restructurings.
