Each subscription is for a single individual. Login credentials may not be shared with non-subscribers. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and all activity that occurs under it.
Users may submit data or corrections to AcquityData. By submitting content, you confirm that it does not violate confidentiality, copyright, or intellectual property rights. AcquityData may use submitted data without restriction or compensation.
All data, code, algorithms, search structures, database fields, trademarks, and platform design are the intellectual property of AcquityData. No ownership rights are transferred to users.
AcquityData makes no guarantee that data is accurate, complete, current, or free of errors. Users agree not to take legal action for inaccuracies or omissions.
AcquityData is not liable for interruptions caused by factors beyond its control, nor for any damage to software, hardware, or data resulting from use of the service. Users assume full responsibility for usage risks.
Subscription fees are billed automatically to the payment method provided at signup. Memberships auto-renew until canceled by the user.
All sales are non-refundable. If canceled mid-cycle, account access continues until the current billing period ends.
Subscriptions may be canceled by emailing support or selecting **"Cancel Membership"** inside Account Settings.
