Cancellation & Refund Policy

Non-Refundable Policy

All payments and subscription fees made to AcquityData are non-refundable. If a membership is canceled during an active billing period, access will remain available until the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds or prorated credits will be issued.

How to Cancel

You may cancel your subscription at any time through one of the following methods:

  • Email Request: Send a cancellation request to info@acquitydata.com.
  • Account Settings: Log in to your Member Dashboard and select “Cancel Membership” in the Account Settings section.

Once canceled, future billing will immediately stop and the subscription will not renew after the current billing period ends.

Billing Continuity

Access to AcquityData remains available until the end of the current subscription period. Failure to update expired or declined billing information may result in suspension of service until payment is successful.
