Subscription Cancellation

Users may cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings or by contacting support at support@acquitydata.com.

Upon cancellation, access to the platform will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

No further charges will be applied after the current subscription period ends.

Refund Policy

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once the billing period has begun.

Refunds may be issued only in the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate or accidental charges
  • Technical errors resulting in failed service delivery
  • Where required under applicable consumer protection laws

Refund requests must be submitted to support@acquitydata.com within 7 days of the charge date.

Digital Services Notice

AcquityData provides digital subscription services that begin immediately upon activation of a subscription.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that access to the digital service begins immediately and that you may waive certain statutory rights of withdrawal where permitted by applicable law.

Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through an authorized third-party payment provider acting as Merchant of Record.

Refund processing timelines may vary depending on your payment provider and financial institution.
