BioWalter Butler began his career in 1983 as Inspector of Finance at the Ministry of Finance. From 1986 to 1988, he was Advisor to the Minister of Culture and Communication. From 1988 to 1990, he held the position of Executive Director at Goldman Sachs Investment Bank in New York and London. In 1991, he founded Butler Capital Partners.
Walter is a graduate of the National School of Administration (ENA).
