BioTim oversees Adams Street’s Legal Group and is responsible for all legal aspects of the firm’s operations, as well as the firm’s global regulatory compliance program. Tim also coordinates all transactional aspects of the firm’s fundraising activities and the firm’s primary, secondary, and direct investments.Tim is a member of Adams Street’s Operating Committee.
