BioShan Kuang is an Associate at Riverwood Capital. Prior to joining Riverwood, Shan was an Analyst at Union Square Advisors, where she focused on mergers & acquisitions and equity financings for technology companies. Shan graduated with distinction from the Western University in London, Ontario with a B.A. in Honours Business Administration from Ivey Business School.
