Prior to joining Five Elms, Michael worked as an Associate for Villhard Growth Partners, a private equity firm focused on tech-enabled B2B services companies. Michael began his career at Douglas Group where he was primarily responsible for sourcing and executing sell-side engagements across a diverse range of industries.
