BioMr. Decker held the post of Chief Operating Officer of the Trammell Crow Company, where he led the restructuring of the largest real estate firm in the United States. He previously was President of Huffco Group, Inc. Mr. Decker was also a consultant for the Boston Consulting Group, an international management consulting firm, and worked as an Investment Officer for the World Bank.
