BioMr. Lay joined Atlas in 2009 and serves as a Principal. Jerome has participated in the formation, financing and oversight of several Atlas portfolio companies and has led the evaluation and analysis of numerous opportunities. Jerome serves on the Board of Managers of Novipax and ASG. Jerome is a graduate of Washington University in St. Louis.
