BioEmily joined Monomoy from Goldman Sachs, where she was focused on employee development as Chief Operating Officer of Goldman Sachs University. Before moving into Human Resources, Emily started her career at Goldman as a financial analyst in investment research. She graduated from Duke University with a B.A. in Public Policy and holds an M.B.A from Columbia University.
