Prior to One Rock, Mr. Heidary was a Vice President at Cerberus Capital Management, where he was primarily responsible for Cerberus’ private equity investments in Europe. While at Cerberus, Mr. Heidary focused on transactions in the industrials, business services, transportation, and retail sectors.
