BioAlain was formerly Head of the Oil, Gas and Mining division at BNP Paribas Corporate Finance. Prior to that role, he worked on numerous mergers and acquisitions transactions in various sectors at Lazard Frères and Lehman Brothers. He began his career with Bain & Company.
