He co-founded BIA Capital in 1992 and serves as a Managing Director. Tom currently serves as CEO of BIA Financial Network.Tom received a B.S. in Applied Mathematics from Clarkson University and an MBA from Dartmouth College's Amos Tuck School of Business.
