Reiten and Co. is a Norwegian private equity firm that invests in control and majority positions in small and medium-sized Nordic companies with significant international growth potential, with primary sector coverage across information technology, oil and offshore services, business services, food and nutrition, telecom, retail, outsourcing, and financial services. The firm targets companies with revenues between NOK 100 million and NOK 1 billion and deploys equity investments of €10 million to €40 million per transaction, pursuing management buyouts, management buyins, leveraged buyouts, PIPEs, stake purchases, and add-on acquisitions alongside its portfolio platforms.
