Valcourt Group is a building services company that maintains, repairs, and restores the exteriors of commercial and residential buildings, mainly mid-rise and high-rise properties. Its services include waterproofing, façade restoration and repair, parking garage repair and waterproofing, roofing, commercial painting and coatings, window cleaning and glass restoration, pressure washing, quick leak repairs under the ProXpress brand, and the design and certification of fall protection and rooftop safety systems. Much of the work requires rope access, swing stages, or other high-access equipment, and much of it is recurring maintenance. Its customers are property owners and managers of Class-A office buildings, high-rise condominiums and apartments, hotels, healthcare and government buildings, and other commercial properties. It serves more than 16,000 properties in more than 30 US states through a network of regional branches and local brands it has acquired, with more than 1,800 employees. Founded in 1986, the company is headquartered in The Woodlands, Texas, United States.
