Tubulis GmbH is a clinical-stage biotechnology company developing next-generation antibody-drug conjugates designed to deliver therapeutic payloads more selectively to tumor cells while maximizing patient benefit and minimizing systemic exposure. The company's proprietary technology platform includes the Alco5 conjugation technology and Tubutecan linker-payload system enabling creation of uniquely matched antibody-drug conjugates with superior biophysical properties, enhanced on-tumor delivery, and durable anti-tumor activity. Tubulis' clinical pipeline includes TUB-040, a sodium-dependent phosphate transporter targeting ADC currently in Phase 1b/2 development for platinum-resistant ovarian cancer and non-small cell lung cancer, and TUB-030, a 5T4-targeted ADC in early clinical development across solid tumors. The company was spun off in 2019 from the Leibniz Forschungsinstitut für Molekulare Pharmakologie (FMP) in Berlin and Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich (LMU Munich) and is headquartered in Berlin (with Munich research center), Germany.
