Thomas J. Formolo

BioMr. Formolo joined CHS Capital in 1990 and was promoted to Partner in 1997. Prior to joining CHS, Mr. Formolo was employed by Heller Financial, Inc. as a Vice President in the Leveraged Funding Group. He holds a B.B.A. from the University of Wisconsin and an M.B.A. from Northwestern University. Mr. Formolo serves on the Board of Directors of American Reprographics Company (NYSE: ARC).
