BioMr. Simmons was one of three co-founders of CHS Capital in 1988. Prior to founding Fund I, Mr. Simmons was a Vice President with Citicorp's Leveraged Capital Group in Chicago. Before joining Citicorp, he was employed by Mellon Bank in Pittsburgh and Chicago. He holds an A.B. from Cornell University. Mr. Simmons serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Chicago Public Education Fund.
