BioSimon Philips, managing partner, is an experienced entrepreneur in the software and outsourcing sectors, and has considerable expertise in both deal structuring and operational management. Simon established Root Capital in 2003 and is currently Chairman of Keystone Law, Drum Cussac, Big Clever Learning and Beam Clinic. Simon graduated from Cambridge University with a first class honours in Engineering.
