BioSeth Pearson joined Wellspring in 2007 and became a Partner in 2016. Seth has led the due diligence efforts and execution activities in the acquisition and/or divestiture of Cleaver-Brooks, ThermaSys Corporation, API Heat Transfer, National Seating & Mobility, Great Lakes Caring and Help at Home. He is responsible for oversight of these investments as well as Resco Products.
