BioSandro De Luca founded his first company, when he was a teenager and started his career in Finance with UBS AG in Switzerland, where he completed the graduate trainee program (GTP). He left UBS to join Mountain Partners Group, a Venture Capital firm based in Switzerland, to lead its Co-Investor network and subsequently its international business development.
