BioRalf is a retired Partner of Foley & Lardner LLP and was Chairman and CEO of Foley from 2002 to 2011. He specializes in U.S. and international mergers, acquisitions and complex business transactions. He has served on the boards of several U.S. and European multinational companies and currently serves on the Board of Plexus Corporation.
