BioPhilip joined ECI in 1996 and is responsible for all matters relating to the accounting, legal, regulatory and tax obligations of ECI and its funds. He is a former Chairman of the BVCA’s Taxation Committee. Before joining ECI, he spent four years working with growth companies in the mid-market division of PwC, where he gained an ACA. He has a degree in business studies, and holds an MBA from London Business School. ....
