BioMark T. Thomas is a founder and Partner of Monitor Clipper Partners, based in MCP's Boston office. Mr. Thomas was also a co-founder of Monitor in 1983. Prior to starting Monitor, he was a senior consultant with Bain & Company and worked as a Process Engineer with CIL, Imperial Chemical's Canadian affiliate, where he was a Certified Professional Engineer.
