Previously, he was one of the founding Managing Directors of NewStar Financial, Inc. and focused on providing customized financing solutions to middle market companies. Prior to NewStar, Mark spent seven years in FleetBoston’s Financial Sponsor Group in Boston and five years in Bank of America’s Corporate Banking Group in Chicago.
