BioKimberly Davis joined TorQuest in 2005 and is responsible for financial reporting, governance, compliance, and LP relations. Prior to joining TorQuest, Ms. Davis was a senior manager in the corporate tax group at Deloitte & Touche LLP, where she advised Canadian private equity funds, including TorQuest, on fund structuring and M&A tax matters. Ms. Davis currently serves as Vice-Chair of the CVCA CFO Taskforce.
