BioJim joined HCP in 2005. Previously, he worked in a range of management and consulting roles at HSBC and Capgemini (formerly Ernst & Young Strategic Advisory Services). He also worked in an operating role at @Link Networks, a Madison Dearborn Partners, and Columbia Ventures portfolio company. Jim served eight years as a Field Artillery Captain in the U.S. Army and the U.S. Army Reserves.
