BioPrior to joining EnCap in August 2012, Mr. Reilly spent two years working in the Energy Investment Banking Group at Evercore Partners, where he focused on restructuring and M&A advisory work in the energy industry. Prior to joining Evercore, Mr. Reilly worked for Ernst & Young, LLP in its Transaction Advisory Services group, where he focused on energy M&A.
