BioIn 2004, he joined HSBC France in the Mergers & Acquisitions department, where he was promoted regularly and was named Director in 2013. For 13 years, he worked on numerous LBO, M&A and primary equity market transactions, mainly in the distribution and services sectors and more recently in the healthcare sector.
