BioDavid Boudo is a Principal of Metalmark Capital responsible for financial and operational activities since its formation in 2004. Mr. Boudo was previously a Vice President of Morgan Stanley Capital Partners, which he joined in 1996. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Mr. Boudo served in various capacities at Glencore International (LSE: GLEN) and GAMCO Investors (NYSE: GBL; formerly Gabelli Asset Management Company).
