BioMr. Peterschmidt was most recently CEO of Openwave Systems, a $350 million public software company providing software for data applications to the wireless phone industry, including both handset manufacturers and server side software to tier one telecommunications carriers. Prior to Openwave, he was CEO of Securify, a privately held network security software company.
