BioPrior to joining Edgewater in 2011, he was an investment banker at Harris Williams & Co. and Candlewood Partners. While in investment banking, Bob completed a variety of corporate finance transactions, including M&A, leveraged financings, and other advisory services. B.S. in Corporate Finance from the University of Akron and an M.B.A from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University.
