Jeffrey Wood

Jeff joined HKW in 2006 after more than 25 years as a manufacturing executive, most recently as CEO of First Technology PLC, a London Stock Exchange Company.  Currently, Jeff is a Senior Partner at the firm, and was previously CEO of HKW.

Jeff spends most of his time working with management teams at our portfolio companies and has served as Chairman of the Board of 17 HKW companies throughout his career.  He first connected with HKW as part of the management team at Control Devices, Inc., which partnered with HKW to acquire the business from GTE Sylvania in 1994.

Jeff earned his MBA and undergraduate degrees from the University of Maine.
